CMN's people live and work in the same towns as our customers. We sponsor the local 4-H, support school breakfast programs, donate to the curling club, and back the events that bring rural Alberta together.
Rooted in rural Alberta.
From Edberg to Mayerthorpe, CMN's 10 retail locations sit in the heart of small towns across Alberta. We're not a head-office retailer parachuting in — our Account Managers, drivers, agronomists, and retail staff are part of the same fabric as the farmers we serve.
That means we show up. At the achievement days. At the curling bonspiels. At the community fundraisers. At the schools and rinks and ag societies that keep rural Alberta strong.
CMN supports community initiatives through cash sponsorships, product donations, volunteer hours, and silent auction contributions. We prioritize requests that connect to agriculture, youth, education, or the well-being of the rural communities where we operate.

Where we show up.
CMN backs the organizations, events, and youth programs that keep our communities strong.

4-H clubs and achievement days.
Local 4-H is at the heart of agricultural education in Alberta. CMN sponsors clubs, projects, and achievement day awards across our trade area.

Minor sports and recreation.
Hockey, ball, curling, rodeo, gymkhana — we sponsor teams, tournaments, and recreation programs that keep kids and families active in our communities.

Agricultural societies and events.
Ag fairs, harvest dinners, farm safety days, and producer conferences are vital to the ag community. CMN supports them as sponsors, exhibitors, and volunteers.

Schools, breakfast programs, and scholarships.
From school breakfast programs and classroom donations to scholarships for students pursuing post-secondary education in agriculture, we invest in the next generation of farmers and ag professionals.

Food bank drives, harvest dinners, and other community causes that strengthen the towns we operate in.

The 4th Annual Calvin Lindberg Memorial Golf Tournament
A big shoutout to Lee Badry and our Crop Management Logistics crew for organizing the event and donating the proceeds to Camrose KidSport — raising $1,300 this year.

CMN Curling Bonspiel
Food Banks play a vital role in our local communities by ensuring individuals and families have access to the support they need when they need it most.
Account Managers Matt Reinbold and DJ Kistner from our Stettler location were happy to donate $740 to the Stettler and District Food Bank. These funds were raised during our annual CMN Curling Bonspiel held on March 13, 2026.
Thank you to everyone who helped make the day happen, from those who organized, put in a team, cheered from the sidelines, and donated to the cause. It would not have been possible without you.

If your organization is hosting an event, fundraiser, or program that would benefit from CMN's support, we'd love to hear from you.
Tell us about your initiative using the form, and our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 weeks.
Requests connected to agriculture, youth, education, and the communities served by our 10 retail locations and our customers. We're unable to support every request, but we read every one.
Please submit requests at least 4–6 weeks before your event date so we can review and respond in time. Late requests are difficult to accommodate.
