Crop Management Network (CMN) Acquires the Assets of Performance Ag Group
Camrose, Alberta, March 5, 2019
the Crop Management Network (CMN) has announced that it has entered into a conditional agreement to acquire the assets of Performance Ag Group operating in the Calmar and Evansburg communities.
“When the opportunity to acquire Performance Ag Group was presented to us, we were very excited” shares James Mitchell CEO of the Crop Management Network. “The business has great people and the geography fits into our footprint. CMN can further utilize our best in class assets to provide the customers in these geographies with CMN’s customer driven, innovative & agronomy focused service.” Mike Mueller will remain as General Manager of the Calmar and Evansburg locations and become an employee owner of CMN. All local employee’s will be offered opportunities to grow within CMN. Harold Ziebel has chosen to retire from the business.
The transaction is set to close prior to March 31, 2019.
