Crop Management Network (CMN) and Dow Fertilizer Ltd reached an operating agreement.

Camrose, Alberta, Jan 14, 2020. The Crop Management Network (CMN) is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement to operate the facilities of Dow Fertilizer Ltd located in the Onoway and Mayerthorpe communities.

“CMN is pleased with the opportunity to expand our reach into the Onoway and Mayerthorpe communities. These area’s will complement CMN’s current footprint and will further allow us to utilize our strategic assets & management team to service the customers in these communities,” states James Mitchell, CEO of CMN.

David Dow and his team will remain in the business to assist in the operation of these two sites. “We are very excited to become part of the Crop Management Network team. This agreement with CMN will allow us to offer a full product and service offering into the Onoway and Mayerthorpe area which will include fertilizer, crop protection & seed business, and high level of service and agronomic expertise,” states David Dow.

The agreement was reached on January 9, 2020.
