We are currently looking to hire an Account Manager- Sales This position will have a strong focus on serving customers in the Central Alberta!
Account Managers are customer-driven and determined to find ways that CMN can bring value to our customers’ farm businesses.

• Account Managers sell crop inputs products (i.e. fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, canola and forage seed) as well as basic and specialized agronomy services.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the customers’ business to align the appropriate products, services and advice.
• Driven to meet and exceed sales targets at appropriate profit margins.
• Contribute to the overall success of the business by increasing revenue and profit from new and existing customers.
• Generate new business through networking, following up on leads from marketing activities and making cold calls. Customer contact will be face to face and through telephone and email.
• Grow a marketplace for innovative or new products that provide value to the grower.
• Work with the CMN team to coordinate delivery and/or customer pick up of product, ensure adequate credit is in place and support the Health and Safety program.

Qualifications:
• Agriculture based degree or diploma an asset ­­­­­
• Demonstrated experience in vocational, agricultural, or a combination of education and work experience
• Conducts themselves in a professional manner, and able to keep information confidential
• Excellent communication and people skills, both written and oral
• Proven strong computer skills including all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Preferred a minimum 3-6 years sales experience
• Valid class 5 drivers licence

Summary:

The Executive Assistant (EA) is the supportive force driving each of these areas, and we’re currently seeking someone stellar to take the reigns. The ideal professional for the role is a flexible problem solver with superb communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset. He/she should have prior experience thriving in an administrative capacity in an office environment. Multitasking and the unique ability to deftly handle the unexpected are essential qualities to bring to the position.
The EA supports the daily office operations and leadership team by keeping workspaces and information organized and accessible. Some of their duties include compiling reports & data, data entry, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Additionally, administrators are responsible for office projects and tasks that support the leadership team at CMN.


Responsibilities:
• Keeping the Leaderships Teams calendar up-to-date, including adding events and scheduling appointments/meetings.
Draft, edit and send communications on behalf of the company • Organize and prepare for meetings, including creating presentations, collecting documents, and assisting with meeting logistics
• Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the Leadership team
• Handle corporate promotional budget & promotional items ordering
• Manage the fleet insurance including adding drivers and asset management
• Organize travel arrangements for employees and leadership team
• Upload content to website, social media, and other virtual platforms
• Regular Data entry and report compilation for Leadership review
• Support payroll functions
• Filing important documents, such as reports, meeting notes, emails, and letters
• Planning and organizing events that take place internally & externally, such as CMN customer events, staff events, training sessions, and appreciation events
• Maintain various confidential files and documents
• Responsible for office projects and tasks that support the leadership team at CMN.

Education and Experience: 
• Post-secondary office administration certificate or diploma
• Previous experience in office administration
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office365
• Experience with social media relations an asset
• Experience with event organization

We are looking to grow our team in Stettler, AB and hiring a Full Time Facility Operator. This position will have a strong focus on serving customers from our Stettler location.

About the Position:
The Facility Operators at Crop Management Network Inc. deliver the highest quality of service to our customers, by ensuring our equipment, facilities, and warehouse are running as efficiently and safely as possible.
The Facility Operators are responsible to:
• Provide regular updates/counts on inventory levels
• Maintain equipment and conduct regular inspections on the facility and equipment.
• Assist with the receipt of product to the warehouse
• Assist customer pick-up/internal transfers of product
• Blend dry fertilizer
• Operate a wheel loader / skid steer / forklift
• Ensure the facility is keep clean and free of hazards
• & Follow Health, Safety & Environmental policies, and procedures.

The successful candidate will have:
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Must possess good interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
• Must be able to work in fast paced environment
• Ability to do physical labour and other strenuous physical tasks.
• Workers must be punctual and reliable.
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Class 3 licence preferred; or willing to attain

Crop Management Logistics Inc., is an integrated trucking company of Crop Management Network Inc. (CMN). They provide safe and reliable transportation, of liquid and dry fertilizer, to our retail locations and CMN clients. Our retails are located in Central, AB however, the radius of travel may include travel to the US and other out of province locations when required.

The successful candidate will have:
• A valid Class 1 license; with a clean abstract
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, managers and safety.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date log books using our EDL program.
• Perform Inspections and safety checks.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Proven experience with driving applicable trucks and trailers.
• Handles all physical requirements for loading, transporting and driving.
• Knowledge and understanding of basic truck maintenance.
• Willingness to comply with all Health, Safety Environmental regulations.
