We are currently looking to hire an Account Manager- Sales This position will have a strong focus on serving customers in the Central Alberta! Account Managers are customer-driven and determined to find ways that CMN can bring value to our customers’ farm businesses.• Account Managers sell crop inputs products (i.e. fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, canola and forage seed) as well as basic and specialized agronomy services. • Have a comprehensive understanding of the customers’ business to align the appropriate products, services and advice. • Driven to meet and exceed sales targets at appropriate profit margins. • Contribute to the overall success of the business by increasing revenue and profit from new and existing customers. • Generate new business through networking, following up on leads from marketing activities and making cold calls. Customer contact will be face to face and through telephone and email. • Grow a marketplace for innovative or new products that provide value to the grower. • Work with the CMN team to coordinate delivery and/or customer pick up of product, ensure adequate credit is in place and support the Health and Safety program. Qualifications: • Agriculture based degree or diploma an asset • Demonstrated experience in vocational, agricultural, or a combination of education and work experience • Conducts themselves in a professional manner, and able to keep information confidential • Excellent communication and people skills, both written and oral • Proven strong computer skills including all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) • Preferred a minimum 3-6 years sales experience • Valid class 5 drivers licence

CMN Facility, Maintenance and Environmental Team
The Facility, Maintenance and Environmental (FM&E) Team at Crop Management Network Inc. delivers the highest quality of service to our customers, by ensuring our equipment, facilities, and warehouse are running as efficiently as possible.
The Facility Operators are responsible to:
• Provide regular updates/counts on inventory levels
• Maintain equipment and conduct regular inspections on the facility and equipment.
• Assist with the receipt of product to the warehouse
• Assist customer pick-up/internal transfers of product
• Blend dry fertilizer
• Operate a wheel loader / skid steer / forklift
• Ensure the facility is keep clean and free of hazards; & Follow Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will have:
• Demonstrated ability to work independently Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Must possess good interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
• Must be able to work in fast paced environment

The Operations Manager oversees and manages the daily operations of a CMN retail location. Guided by the Vision, Mission and Values of CMN, they implement operational strategies that promote the growth and sustainability of CMN’s relevance in the marketplace. They achieve this through; effective cost management, logistic excellence, showing value in being innovative, reaching for opportunities to better serve our farmers, retaining top performing employees, maintaining a well-run facility and by supporting a team with aggressive sales targets. The Operations Manager, manages and coordinates the efforts of a team consisting of Administrators and Facility Operators. Alongside the CEO, Director of Finance, Director of Sales and Director of HR, the Operations Manager develop an annual location budget. From there, they collaboratively design and execute a strategic business plan, that maximizes our ability to best serve our customers and support our annual goals, as an organization.Job Duties: Safety: • Ensure that daily operational activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and profitably. • Ensure proper PPE/equipment/training/ safety measures are provided to contractors, existing and new/seasonal staff. • Promote a culture and commitment to the safety of CMN employees, visitors, contractors and general public. • Input and monitor safety activities on SiteDocs to ensure all HS&E documentation is entered as per CMN HS&E Policy. Managing: • Maintains/Manage operational, admin and seasonal staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. • Coordinate the ordering of fertilizer, seed, and chemical • As a leader within CMN, have a thorough understanding of the direction of CMN. • Schedule staff during peak season to meet business demands Business/Financial Management: • Work with the Director of Finance, Director of Sales and CEO in managing all financial aspects of operating a business. • Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual capital and expense budget and scheduling expenditures. • Analyzing/monitor budgets to actual expenditures • Work with the sales and administration team to manage credit and collection programs • Oversee, advise, and manage accounts payables and receivables when required • Leads Budget Meetings and Monthly Location Meetings. Maintenance: • Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and repairs of facilities and equipment. • Maintain records of all inspections performed, in house and by third parties, to ensure we are compliant and meet environmental and health and safety requirements. • Oversee daily operational duties to serve customers, such as, blending and loading fertilizer, unloading and loading seed and agricultural chemical products Inventory: • Work with the Logistics Coordinator to keep informed of product delivery or shipments internally to other Crop Management sites. • Lead and implement effective inventory management program to minimize damages, prevent unplanned condition problems, meet customer and CMN Internal requirements, and ensure high standards are maintained. • Coordinate delivery or pick up of product with Account Managers and the customer • Work with Administration to ensure inventory is accurately inputted Qualifications/Requirements: • Post- Secondary education in Agriculture, Business, or a related field • Experience with inventory controls, operating efficiency, project management, forecasting and budget management • Experience leading and operating a crop inputs facility • Demonstrative leadership with the ability to effectively lead a team of diverse employees • Proven problem solving, decision-making and organizational skills • Ability to manage compliance with Environment, Health & Safety and Environmental standards and regulations • Obtain First Aid, WHIMIS, TDG & Forklift Training • Required to load clients with product using a tractor, forklift other equipment. • Longer hours in busy season • May be required to work at varying heights • Lift 50 - 75 lbs.

Crop Management Logistics Inc., is an integrated trucking company of Crop Management Network Inc. (CMN). They provide safe and reliable transportation, of liquid and dry fertilizer, to our retail locations and CMN clients. Our retails are located in Central, AB however, the radius of travel may include travel to the US and other out of province locations when required.The successful candidate will have: • A valid Class 1 license; with a clean abstract • Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, managers and safety. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date log books using our EDL program. • Perform Inspections and safety checks. • Excellent customer service and organizational skills. • Proven experience with driving applicable trucks and trailers. • Handles all physical requirements for loading, transporting and driving. • Knowledge and understanding of basic truck maintenance. • Willingness to comply with all Health, Safety Environmental regulations.
